Author Auditions

Do you want your work to be seen by thousands of people? Audition for the 3rd spot on my blog panel. To audition either comment in the box blow or email me @ patdowzer@yahoo.com. In the audition you have to list your interests, a sample of your work, your name and your email. This will result in a spot on the hall of fame.

I can't guarantee a definite spot because I want a quality person or I might get no auditions.

Owner and Co-Owner Reunite

As some of you may know I have a co-writer, Ben (Big Game Hunter) who also owns mrbiggamehunter.blogspot.com. We did meet up and did HEAPS of activities including gaming together, swimming and bush walking. I also met Ben's Sister Annabel who runs the blog werpetsunited.blogspot.com. Watson's 'Best Form Of The Year'

After Australia's good win against Ireland, they were trying to get a second win over the West Indies. Australia struck early bowling Smith halfway through the second over. Gayle and Samuels got 4 sixes and a 50 each. The West Indies kept the run rate up to achieve a respectable total of 8 for 191

Australia came in to bat. Warner and Watson blitzed the ball in all directions collecting 30 runs in 2 overs. Warner fell to big bash teammate Fidel Edwards for 28 off 14 balls. Watson and Hussey capitalised until after 9 overs, the clouds weren't in the mood for cricket, it rained and the rain didn't go. Australia got 100 for 1 after 9 overs. Australia won by 17 runs D/L method.

That means Australia goes to the super 8's finals.

Man of the Match was Shane Watson for 2 wickets and 41 runs including 3 sixes.

Paralympics

The Paralympics are over and China are leading with Australia finishing 5th with 32 gold medals. Australia went very successfully. Our best athlete was Jacqueline Freney with 8 gold medals from 8 events. Australia's best sport was swimming. Who was your favourite olympian/paralympian?
