Bayern Munich! Unstoppable?
The #2 ranked football club has had an amazing record in the last few years. Germanys biggest football club could be at the #1 ranking soon. In the last 10 years (2001-2002 to 2011-2012) they have won the Bundesliga 5 times, won the DFB Pokal 5 times, they have also made the Champio s League 9 times within the last 10 years. They were also runners up in the Champions League twice. This current season it is looking as good as ever for them. They have won the Bundesliga with 6 games remaining by 20 point lead over 2nd, Borussia Dortmund and a 75 goal difference in their advantage. They are in the Grand Final DFB Pokal. They also have a 4-0 aggreate over Barcelona coming into the 2nd leg of the Semi Finals for the Champions League.

So what is their key to success? And how long will this 'Dream Team' last for? These are questions that I looked into and unfortunately for other Bundesliag teams and teams looking for success in the Champions League the answers aren't good. In the team that beat Barcelona 4-0 the oldest player, Rìbery turned 30 a few weeks prior to the game. This squad has the capabilitys to keep on winning for at least the next 5 years. Their key to success is their stong defense and midfield. If you win these battles in your own half you wikl get the ball up to your attacking midfielders and strikers. Also they have multiple players who can take set pieces remarkably well. Plus Bayern have also put money into some of the best players in the world to make their squad better (if making a squad like that better is possible). So I think get used to this thrashing for the years to come. My feeling is that Bayern will be #1 very soon.

Australia's Nightmare Selection
With The Ashes in June most of Australia's fast bowlers will be fit and not injured. This is due too less games in the Autumn/Winter season for Australian bowlers. But this will be a seclection headache with 10 fast bowlers of about the same skill level.
Here are the bowlers who have the biggest chance.
1. Peter Siddle- Australia's most consistent bowler.
2. Ben Hilfenhaus- Australia's highest ranked bowler.
3. James Pattinson- Young bowler who has built a name for himself.
4. Mitchell Johnson- Good experienced bowler and a handy batsman.
5. Jackson Bird- Good run on debut against Sri Lanka.
6. Mitchell Starc- A very good young bowler who has played a few tests for Australia.
7. Ben Cutting- Good amount of Shield wickets and a handy batter.
8. Josh Hazlewood- Has always been an option but seems to always get an injury.
9. Patrick Cummins- Played a few tests where a lot of wickets fell to him.
10. Ryan Harris- Was quite a good bowler but struck an injury.
Based on those justifications which 3 fast bowlers would you choose.

5 Reasons Why To Watch The KFC T20 Big Bash
The KFC T20 Big Bash is a new sport competition introduced last year. It is where 8 different teams from 6 different cities play Cricket in the Twenty 20 format. Here are 5 reasons why to watch it.

1. BIG Players
Good Performances is what coaches look for and there are many players who can hit and who can bowl. Chris Gayle, David Hussey, Lasith Malinga, Matt Prior, David Warner, Muttiah Murilathran, Saeed Ajmal, Sunil Narine, Dale Steyn, Scott Styris, Kieron Pollard, Shane Watson, Shane Warne, Herschelle Gibbs and Johan Botha just too name a few.
2.BIG Excitement
Whether its the hundreds of sixes hit last tournament or the close finishes this has to be one of the most exciting competitons ever.
3.Good Atmosphere
I can guarentee at every game there will be loud music and heaps of cheers from the extra passionate fans.
4.Less Competive-More Interest
This BBL both the Sydney and the Melbourne derbies will be held twice. This means that every team has one team that they play twice. These games are Sixers vs Thunder, Stars vs Renegades, Hurricanes vs Heat and Scorchers vs Strikers. Therefore it is sort of unfair but no one cares so it will atract bigger crowds to the games.
5.More Oppurtunities
Players will have more chance to perform therefore the selectors would be more likely to consider them for a national team.
Work Hard-Play Hard!

Farewell Punter!
Another South African tour of Australia has been conducted. The first test was a draw in the closely contested match. The South Africans fought hard for a draw in a match where Australia were unlucky to come away without a victory.
However the 3rd test was one of the most anticipated tests of all. A few days prior to the game starting Australian Legend, Ricky Ponting announced that he was going to retire from international cricket at the end of the test. This lead to many questions and a big hole in Australia's batting line-up. Phillip Hughes, Usman Khwaja and Alex Doolan are looking like one of them will fill the hole in Australia's batting line-up. At least on the good side Watson was fit again and ready to play.
In the game South Africa posted a first innings total of 225 with Du Plessis scoring 78*. Australia's experienced a collapse with Ponting making 4 and Wade high scoring for Australia with 68. South Africa scored a massive total of 569 with Amla scoring 196, De Villiers with 169 and Graeme Smith getting 84. On debut Elgar received a pair. Australia was set the run chase of 632 to Win the Test, Win the Series and gain the #1 test spot. Australia held on for the 13 overs until tea. A newspaper front page was seen with the text 'Only 592 to go'. 2 balls into the 4th day and Warner is caught for 29. Watson comes and then goes with 25. Then Ponting walked out to face his last test innings. Expectations were high! South Africa wven formed a Guard of Honour as he walked out on the pitch. Shaking Graeme Smiths hand and then the action gets underway. A news article on cricinfo say that Smiths hero is in fact Ponting. Unfortunately he got out for a mere 8 off 23 balls. Cowan got out for 53 while Clarke got 44. However Starc (68 off 43) and Lyon (31 off 43) got a 87 run partnership and the PBs.
Here are some stats about Ricky Pontings Career.
165 Tests
282 Innings
13346 Runs
High Score: 257
Average: 52.75
41 Hundreds and 62 Fifties
194 Catches

Ranger's Apprentice By John Flanagan
Ranger's Apprentice is a book by John Flanagan. The book is set in Araluen (England) and they travel to some nearby countries in Europe. Join Will and Halt with helping hands along the way with Horace and Alyss. This is my favourite book series. I rate it 9.5/10 a great book with a great storyline however it can be misleading and hard to understand at some parts. I recomend this to any boy between the ages of 8 and 12, if you do fit that you MUST READ IT.

Pirates Of The Carribean
Most people have heard about the popular movie series of Pirates Of The Carribean. Starring Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow this my favourite movie series not made from a book. Whether you like action or a bit of humour or just those great fun adventures this is the movies series for you! There are 4 in the series now but there is hinted that there is at least one more to come. Captain Jack Sparrow fights many forces over the series. He has his own ship in which he sails the seas. He is joined by many other people including Will Turner and Blackbeard. This is a must see as it is the best of its kind.
